[ORyoungbirder] Crook County Black Scoter

Chuck Gates called me about 11am about a Black Scoter on the East Prineville Sewer Ponds. He called me just in time that I was able to go down and check it out about 11:45am. It was easy to spot just as I drove up on the pond.
