Hello,

Yesterday (7/4/07) I saw three first year CEDAR WAXWINGS sitting in a tree holding their beaks open wide.  Does any one know why they were doing this.

Red-winged Blackbird

Brown-Headed Cowbird

Bullock's Oriole 

American Goldfinch
